Who we are

This website is operated by SGNLFORGE ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy is written to meet the requirements of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

Data we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect: your name, company name, work email address, phone number (if provided), area of interest, a free-text description of your problem, how you heard about us, and your preferred contact method. We do not use cookies or set any tracking identifiers on your device.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to understand the operational problem you're describing, so we can assess whether and how we can help.

Lawful basis

We process this data on the basis of your consent, given by checking the consent box before submitting the contact form. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — see "Your rights" below.

How long we keep it

We currently retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted unless a live engagement requires us to keep it longer.

Who it's shared with

Enquiry data is stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail) under SGNLFORGE's own account, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties, and it is not shared with any CRM.

Cross-border transfer

Google may process and store this data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any such transfer is made only where an adequate level of protection is in place, consistent with PDPL requirements.

Your rights

Under the PDPL, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Analytics

We may use cookie-free, privacy-friendly website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible) to understand aggregate traffic to this site. These tools do not use cookies or collect personal data, and do not track you across other websites.
